An ideal client would be someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or addiction. Their needs and goals are specific to learning how to cope with life stressors, developing a sense of independence, and increase self worth. The ideal client will want to work on their individual goals with my guidance and support. I provide individual and couples therapy, as well as, screening and assessment for substance use disorders.
