Asking for help is the bravest thing you can do when life's challenges become overwhelming. Life struggles can present themselves in many different forms such as feeling unfulfilled in your life, losing a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or trying to figure out ways to find strengths in a diagnosis. My work focuses on supporting domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, those experiencing grief and loss, female mental health, supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community, and folks living with ADHD and neurodiversity diagnosis.
