My straightforward approach allows me to present in an honest way to encourage others to do the same in their journeys. I focus on recognizing patterns of behaviors, then working to understand and alter those perceptions and behaviors to allow for healthy connections and growth. With a master’s degree from the University of Denver, I have been working in the Child Welfare System for the past ten years. Specializing in family and trauma services, which has equipped me with the ability to see life challenges in a multi-dimensional approach, and serve individuals in relationship challenges to crisis situations.
