Jessica works primarily with female clients struggling to navigate life's challenges. She has significant experience helping women clarify their identity and overcome traumas of varying impacts. Her work includes engaging clients to discover how, when, and where to set boundaries with significant relationships in their lives. Breaking generational cycles is hard to do alone. Clients with goals that are short-term, long-term, or somewhere in between are welcomed. Modalities Jessica utilizes most include: CBT/TF-CBT, EMDR, Interpersonal Process, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy.
