My goal is to provide a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes we all need someone to walk beside us as we sort through it. So many of us face times when life feels uncertain—relationships shift, careers evolve, and families grow. Therapy offers a chance to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with who you are. Together, we’ll create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore what matters most to you. My clients often come to therapy navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, person-centered, and compassionate, helping you draw on your own strengths and wisdom to create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and move toward more clarity, confidence, and connection.
