Welcome! I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My work has largely focused on supporting older adults and their caregivers, which has deepened my understanding of how grief often intersects with complex family dynamics. In therapy, I provide a safe and supportive space where we can explore your experiences, coping strategies, and relationship patterns. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, clearer communication of your needs, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
