Hi, I’m Jessica. Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals in many different stages of life. I have worked with people facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-worth, relational struggles, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or uncertain. One of my greatest passions is working with those who are navigating the deeply personal and often complicated experience of grief, especially grief related to pregnancy loss. I understand that loss does not come with a clear roadmap and that each person’s grief journey is entirely their own.
