Together, we will identify patterns of thinking and feeling that may keep you stuck. Therapy can help to improve your confidence, communication, and emotional regulation. I specialize in anxiety, attachment, and adoption (Adoption-Competent Therapist) with a strong background in trauma. I work comfortably with teens, adults, and couples. I use a client-centered approach in therapy that utilizes a variety of techniques. I am an experienced Accelerated Resolution Therapist. When I'm not serving clients in private practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor for the School of Social Work at the USF and a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns.
