Change truly is possible. I work with clients to help bring curiosity and compassion to the areas of life they wish were different, and I utilize various therapeutic tools to help shift deeply engrained nervous system responses. Let's unravel the patterns imposed through expectations, trauma, and the denial of self - to discover the wholeness already within. Using a tailored combination of "parts work", EMDR, neurofeedback and Deep Brain Reorienting, we work to target three levels in our trauma reprocessing - thoughts, feelings and body- for true healing of wounds. These approaches bring a greater depth to therapy, allowing you to feel calmer and more consistently emotionally regulated.
