Welcome — I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adults (18+) navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, suicidal ideation and relationship or communication challenges. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply, building coping skills, and making meaningful change.
