About

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. My mission is to help individuals get through the hard times and learn to build healthy relationships, let go of the past, be positive, grow a closer relationship with God, and manage stress and anxiety. I work with children 6 and up, teens, and individual adults. I strive to create acceptance and understanding in my therapeutic office no matter how you identify. I utilize Person-Centered, CBT, Realism, and Mindfulness just to name a few.
