I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois and have 20+ years' experience working with adolescents, college students, adults, and families providing outpatient individual and group therapy. I have worked extensively in both community mental health outpatient environments and group private practice settings. I have my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL. I have experience and knowledge working with individuals experiencing and coping with the following: depression, anxiety, mood regulation and stabilization, ADHD, life transitions and adjustments, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, trauma, LGBTQ+ support, and neurodivergence support. I also provide therapy to therapists in the field.
