She has experience not only in trauma but drug and alcohol mental health from mild to severe. She has experience with people that are mandated to therapy and those that are seeking it out for themselves. Jessie works from a Solutions Focused, Cognitive Behavioral standpoint. She truly likes to find the positive and focus on moving forward. Jessie has had a lot of experience working with body image issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTDS, among others. In her free time, Jessie is an outdoors person and loves riding horses and quads and anything that takes her to the top of a mountain top or to the ocean.
