I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating identity and gender transition. I also specialize in addressing sex and intimacy concerns with all couples and individuals, and navigating unique relationship structures like polyamory and open relationships—all in an inclusive, affirming space. My ideal clients often want clarity, stronger communication, and deeper connection. Additionally, I support caregivers and families raising a loved one with neurodevelopmental disorders such as FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) who may feel isolated and overwhelmed. Together, we will set goals to build resilience and create change. I provide affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals and those in both monogamous and polyamorous relationships, helping uncover root causes of challenges and build tools to thrive. I also have extensive training in supporting individuals and families impacted by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) and other neurobehavioral disorders (Autism, ADHD, etc...)
