My framework is warm, relational, and dynamic. I will be an active partner to you in finding the solutions to issues you bring forward in therapy. I believe the connection of the therapeutic relationship is our most powerful tool. I am comfortable using a variety of modalities including Feminist, Reality therapy, CBT, Non-violent Communication, and Harm Reduction. I have always been a passionate advocate for the alternative sexualities, and enjoy helping you explore your relationships. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities/fluctuations.
