Grounded in person-centered therapy and neuroscience research, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where your lived experience is honored and your strengths are nurtured. I work with individuals and families of all ages, addressing behavioral and interpersonal challenges and supporting those managing chronic mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and substance use concerns.
