I understand that human suffering comes in many forms. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stressors from a significant life change, substance use, your relationship with food, grief, or trauma, my intrinsically focused, evidenced based approach will provide you with opportunities for meaningful therapeutic care. In therapy, we will work to reattune to what matters most to you, to reengage with the process of self creation and ongoing personal evolution, and to re-root yourself in value based behaviors. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness based, process oriented, transdiagnostic approach. I have extensive training and experience working with clients suffering from issues related to complex trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and developmentally specific stressors (adolescence, young adulthood, and midlife adulthood).
