We all have the capacity to grow and transform. I believe we all need a space where we can express the many parts of ourselves. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, unfulfilled or lacking motivation. Sometimes things in our present, or past keep us from living fully. This might look like excessive worrying, negative thoughts, chronic health issues, difficult relationships or loneliness. I have worked extensively with PTSD, traumatic grief, as well as single incident traumas, such as car accidents and natural disasters. I love working with trauma related issues and supporting people as they find their way back to themselves.
