Hi, I'm glad you made it here. I am not a blank slate therapist so if you are looking for someone to motivate you and give you honest feedback, you're in the right place. My counseling experience includes mental health and addiction treatment, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I am passionate about helping people who have experienced trauma begin their healing journey and regain their voice. I will work with you to process adverse life experiences whether from childhood or later in life, while working towards uncovering those unhealthy core beliefs that contribute to keeping you feeling stuck, in pain, or down.
