We need authentic connection more than ever, within our close relationships, our communities, and to what gives our lives meaning. As a somatic therapist, I work with clients to rebuild that sense of connection first by relating to our own bodies. I support clients in accessing mind-body coherence through nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and the gentle navigation of how trauma lives in the body. I work with individuals of all identities, with a focus on queer and femme folks, and always bring a social justice lens to help clients reclaim agency, feel more at home in their bodies, and show up more fully in their lives.
