With 13+ years of clinical experience and a background in mindfulness, yoga, and integrative mind–body practices, I bring a comprehensive yet down-to-earth approach that supports sustainable growth and genuine well-being. I believe we all have the ability to understand ourselves more deeply and relate to life in ways that feel more aligned and authentic. My role is to help you slow down, get curious, and build self-awareness that supports real meaningful change.
