I work with children through young adults, with a passion for supporting young adults navigating life transitions. My approach is values-centered and strength-based. Together, we explore how thoughts and core beliefs shape emotions and actions, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on your strengths to support meaningful change.
