I work with teens, young adults and adults who are ready for something to shift—whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, big transitions, or just the day-to-day overwhelm. Therapy with me is laid-back, collaborative, and deeply human. I bring almost two decades of experience as a school counselor, and I believe in the healing power of genuine connection. We’ll work at your pace, together. Some days we’ll laugh, some days we’ll process hard things—but every step, you’ll be met with compassion, honesty, and care.
