I have had the privilege of working in community mental health since 2016 and have most enjoyed being able to meet with and take the journey with clients from many diverse backgrounds, facing various mental health challenges. Most humans want and need to be understood without the fear of judgment in order to thrive and create positive change. I am able to help meet the needs of those facing trauma, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, relationship challenges and phase of life challenges.
