My approach is warm, collaborative, and a little like building a campfire. It is slow and intentional, meant to hold light and warmth as we talk. I meet you exactly where you are with honesty, curiosity, and deep respect for your culture, no masks required. Influenced by narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness, I also bring creativity, metaphor, and humor when it fits. Some days we untangle stories. Other days we sit with silence or spark new insights. Together we listen closely to your life and move toward healing and change.
