Additionally, I can also offer adjunctive EMDR so you can continue working with your primary therapist and we can work through your trauma related concerns. If you're experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, frustration, and other symptoms, we can work through them to help you find the best path forward. I can also assist if just want to improve your quality of life such as becoming a better partner, parent or friend. You don't have to struggle alone. Now also offering EMDR Intensive Sessions. An EMDR Intensive session is a target specific EMDR session without the weekly one hour sessions to allow for more focused time on the identified target.
