Improved emotional health supports our whole-body wellness. My joy in psychotherapy is to accompany people from places of distress to paths of relief, positive change, expanded self-worth, and deeper bonds with the people they love. Worry, anxiety, sadness, and relationship conflict can take a toll on our immune system, confidence, productivity and connection with others. I believe all people are born noble. We all have strengths and inner capacities for growth and healing. Healing is a process--sometimes it is a quick journey, in other instances it may take more time. Therapy can be an important part of that process.
