I am a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware therapist specializing in anxiety and emotional overwhelm. Many people feel persistently on edge, caught in overthinking, panic, or emotional reactivity while appearing capable outwardly. Rest can feel difficult and steadiness hard to maintain. Often, there is a desire for relief from anxiety, greater control over responses, and a more consistent sense of calm and confidence. Our work focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening regulation skills, and supporting lasting, sustainable change.
