I provide counseling services to children, youth, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their functioning and wish to improve their performance. I believe in people's ability to improve how they think, feel, and act, and to navigate the adversities of life successfully. In my practice, I use interventions from various schools of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Based, and Family Therapy. I will provide you with a safe emotional space where you can be yourself and be able to identify your strengths and weaknesses to create, with your therapist, a treatment plan to meet your counseling needs.
