I welcome clients from all backgrounds and stages of life, from children to older adults. My passion extends to working with athletes, Hispanic and immigrant communities, trauma survivors, and those navigating anxiety or depression. As a former collegiate baseball player and coach, as well as an immigrant myself, I understand the challenges of identity and pressure. I strive to create a supportive space where each person feels seen, understood, and empowered to grow. My goal is to combine my skills and first-hand experience to assist and develop confidence as we work toward lasting emotional well-being.
