Whether you’re 5 or 50, I'm here to support you through whatever you may face in life, helping you become your happiest and most authentic self! I utilize strength based practices such as Rogerian style counseling, allowing you to always find empathy and positive regard in the therapy room! Carl Rogers believed that only when we accept ourselves for all that we are, are we truly capable of change. I conduct therapy with the understanding that no one knows you better than you do! This is your journey, they are just happy to be a tour guide! When I am not working, I am usually playing video games, painting canvas and D&D! I work with couples, children, parents and more with varying needs such as grief, life transitions, gender identifying/questioning, religious trauma, neurodivergence, parenting support and play therapy!
