I have worked with individual's whose lives have been complicated by anxiety and/or depression. Clients' lives may be constricted by self-defeating behaviors, or they may feel stuck in unsatisfying relationship patterns. This sense of not feeling satisfied often contributes to unhappiness and an eroded sense of self. Early life experiences may shed light on these issues which often helps to explain why someone feels stuck. In order to effect change, therapeutic work can help a client counteract the feelings of powerlessness that often inhibit personal growth.
