I offer a warm and curious therapeutic environment that serves as a safe base for exploring patterns that once felt protective in traumatic times and presently keep us disconnected and disempowered. I have a special place in my heart for working with clients who are struggling with codependency, have/are experiencing narcissistic abuse, and loved ones feeling stuck in cycles with individuals struggling with addiction.
