I work with clients who may feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, stress, or grief, or who are navigating trauma, chronic pain, or physical disabilities. I also support those facing challenges as members of the LGBTQAI+ community. In our sessions I will provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and explore your strengths so you can find peace, regain control, and take meaningful steps forward.
