I'm Jihane, and my path to therapy wasn’t typical. I started in architecture, drawn to creating spaces that meet people’s needs, but life circumstances led me back to my first love being psychology. Sometimes, the detours in life take us exactly where we are meant to be. Growing up across multiple continents, experiencing war, displacement, and rebuilding my life twice, and living in places where mental health was often taboo, I developed deep empathy and resilience long before formal training. These experiences shaped me into a compassionate, attentive listener who others naturally turn to for support.
