I am a licensed psychologist with an integrative and collaborative approach, drawing on interpersonal, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive frameworks. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity concerns, self-esteem issues, family of origin dynamics, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions, including immigration and cultural adjustment. I support clients who feel stuck in patterns that create distress or disconnection, providing a space for reflection, resilience, and meaningful growth. Fluent in Korean and English, I provide culturally sensitive care that respects the whole person.
