My clients are authentic and capable people who work hard to understand others while often feeling misunderstood themselves. They are often people who have tried therapy before but the strategies didn't resonate, or they've struggled to feel motivated enough to try therapy for the first time. My clients are often fiercely curious and wise and are looking for support from someone who can offer a professional perspective while still respecting what they already know. My clients require flexibility and grace and are they are prioritized as whole people with full lives. My highest value is to help remind you that you are not alone, and to give you access to every tool that I have to work together to improve your quality of life.
