Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Northwest Indiana, and I am also licensed as an LCPC in Illinois and an LPC in Michigan. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Purdue University Northwest and have been in practice for more than 12 years. My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and family-related stress. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and those adjusting to the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and maternal mental health.
