I am passionate about helping support my clients in their process of self-discovery and healing. I believe that therapy can help us evolve in our relationships with others and most importantly with ourselves, as we heal from shame and trauma that results in behaviors and mindsets that are limiting and unhelpful. I believe in our resilience, and that as we heal from emotional wounds, we allow our true, authentic selves to evolve and thrive.
