Hi, and thank you for stopping by! I believe that much of our emotional pain and anxiety stems from early attachment experiences—especially the relationships we formed with caregivers in childhood. In therapy, I focus on using the therapeutic relationship as a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. Together, we work to create a secure attachment that allows you to access your authentic self and move toward a greater sense of inner peace. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds who are ready to explore themselves more deeply and shift long-standing patterns.
