I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, life transitions, and parenting. My approach blends mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS) therapy to foster deep healing and personal growth.
