I have been working with adults at varying stages of the life cycle for over 30 years. Many adults experience anxiety, depression and conflict. Unresolved feelings, illness and loss in relationships can create emotional stress and pain. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychoanalyst. My treatment style is based upon each individual, their own goals and needs. Therapy is a collaborative process that gives us a deeper understanding of ourselves. The combination of the authenticity, trust and process evokes insight and growth. I have a deep respect for and am committed to helping others achieve a more satisfying quality of life for themselves.
