I work with children, adults, teens, tweens and families. I also counsel couples in all stages of relationships. I have a particular passion and expertise for working with teenagers as they struggle to define their identities, cope with the rapid physical, emotional and psychological changes that take place within them and adjust to the demands of peers, schools, families and society. My other passion and area of expertise lies in dealing with relationship issues, grief and trauma, and all that it encompasses. I temper the process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
