Discussing your relationship with food, eating behaviors and body are extremely private and sensitive topics and can leave you feeling especially vulnerable. I offer a sensitive and gentle space to share and heal. As needed, I work with a trusted treatment team including registered dietitians who also specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating.
