Deciding to pursue therapy can be a big step. Some days you feel you need help, the next your convinced you can handle it all on your own. Ambivalence is normal; you don't need to be 100% ready. As your therapist, I strive to be authentic, kind, and honest. My goal is to provide a space where you can ask for what you need and share what is, or is not working. As a team, we'll prioritize goals, and find tools to aid you in reaching those goals. With patience and effort, positive change is achievable.
