Hi there, I'm Jill! I am an LCSW in the state of Indiana. My approach to therapy is fluid. I generally want to take time to explore what has or hasn't worked for you in the past, what you're willing to try, what you want to avoid, and your personal goals for therapy. From there, I like to build on your strengths and motivations to help you achieve what you are looking for. Needs I generally address are: anxiety, depression, family or marital issues, life goals, or just generally feeling stuck.
