Hi! my name is Jill Farley (she/her)! I know how difficult it is to decide to take the step to try counseling whether this is your first time or 10th time. In my work with clients, I prioritize safety by meeting my clients where they are at. This could mean learning new practical skills to navigate current challenges & collaborating to identify the areas that are detracting from your life the most right now. I work primarily with issues relating relationships, self-esteem, avoidance, and anxiety. I am passionate about empowering clients to be their most authentic self. I also offer neurofeedback on addition to talk therapy!
