Therapy is about talking through your problems, but that’s only the beginning. When you develop a relationship with a caring, attuned therapist you will find new ways to solve problems, heal old wounds, and change the way you live. I’ve been a therapist for the better part of two decades. Working as a counselor and supporting hundreds of clients over the years has been an immense privilege. I am so glad to call it my life’s work. And it’s only the beginning. My goal is to assist you in becoming your most authentic self.
