I'm an educational and interactive counselor. I'm highly trained in recovery from grief, addictions and relationship issues. I'm also an author. In my view it's a privilege, a responsibility and a blessing to counsel those who are willing to illuminate the dark places in their lives in order to heal and to grow into empowerment. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I empower clients by teaching skills and practicing with them in order to allow freedom of personal choice. As a Certified Addictions Professional, I provide psychotherapy that adds dimension to 12-Step recovery. As a former hospice counselor, I support grief stages and provide comfort.
