I am Jill Hughes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in counseling and care management. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and aging clients in individual, couples, family, and group therapy to address concerns about the self and relationships. I have a background in medical social services and am passionate about helping adults and children who are managing chronic illnesses and conditions that impact daily function, long-term health, and quality of life. I began my professional career working with adults in protective services and children in foster care, and I understand their emotional needs.
